Yes, after months of planning we are finally here.
Last week, I had chance ( thanks to Naru) to put my skills to the test with my first photographic project of the year with both her & Mwendee.
Their main theme revolved around Friendship and the elements of nature surrounding them, it was exhilarating shooting with a DSLR (Canon 6D Mark II). The thrill of it all was the fun we had on the shoot whilst trying various poses, playing on a swing-set, and basically running around.
I mean.. it wasn't all perfect throughout. I had problems with adjusting my aperture and ISO setting to blend with the natural light, directing my 'muses'and getting steady shots amid all the running and swinging. All in all it worked out great! (thanks to Mango Street tutorials and Naru)
